	I was so stuck in AFib and got through my day as best as I could. THEN, 20th October my heart went into sinus rhythm and has continued, which is longer than it has stayed in more than a year! I started playing sound healing music before bed or doing meditation. Coincidense? I feel Spirit was assisting and guiding me. Thank you and have missed you all!

	I am thrown by the slide about Awen. A few years ago when I was in MN still, a psychic reader drew a symbol on a napkin and said she saw me connected to this symbol as a balance between the sacred masculine and feminine. I later researched it and found it was the Awen symbol and found a necklace with it.
