In the presence of where you feel weighed down, identify the incompletions you have in this area. Incompletions are clutter, unfinished business, unspoken truths, neglected self-promises.
Is there anything on this list that no longer feels aligned with your vision?
Bring your awareness and attention to the incompletions that are still aligned with your vision. What are you afraid will happen if you clean up your incompletions or let them go? Maybe you’re afraid you’ll have to really show up. Or you’ll have to embrace success. Or you won’t be able to play the victim anymore. Maybe you’re afraid you’ll have to rise instead of stay small. What are you afraid will happen if you take responsibility here?
What does it cost you in terms of energy, self-esteem, happiness, health, peace of mind, space, time, money or in any other way to have these incompletions?
