Integration Practice shared in the Venus Soul Star Chakra Video above that might be helpful to complete before the 8th Chakra Gate Class to share in our conversation at the end of the live class.
Revisit this entire Venus Cycle using your Venus Journal and/or other journals or ways of accessing your memory, seeing and feeling the timeline of this Venus Cycle.
It might help to divide the phases of this journey according to Morning Star featuring the Descending Chakra Gates, Venus with the Sun or Underworld, and Evening Star featuring the Ascending Chakra Gates and lastly Venus Retrograde. Journal on each phase, creating a summary. Be sure to celebrate any miracles, fun moments, and insights, while also honoring the challenges.
Shadow Review/Meeting Your Demons: Journal honestly on what you regret, any missed opportunities, demons you feel are still with you, any frustration, anger, hurt or other lingering feelings. Then consider doing a self-forgiveness ceremony.
“Book of Life” Positive Review: Journal on these events from a positive perspective, wearing “rose colored glasses.” This includes regrets, judgments of self and others, or other challenges you experienced. What were positive outcomes from your choices or lack of action?
Soul Star Chakra and Venus Cycle Integration: Consider your reflections and create a Mantra (examples on next slide) and/or choose images for each Chakra including:
a) A vision board or
b) An oracle deck for each gate and the underworld or
c) An object for each chakra or the overall cycle to place on your Venus Altar.

There are solar telescope that filter out the sun. It is amazing to view the sun surface too. Some observatories offer solar viewing.
